SwingFit Fundamentals:
When my SwingFit ladies start dancing, they tend to have similar fears. I hear them say:
I’ll keep going the wrong way and step on someone’s toes
I won’t know the steps or remember the moves
I have no rhythm, two left feet and zero coordination
I can’t move like the teacher
I have aches and pains and can’t move my arms up
I don’t know anyone; what if I’m the oldest or least fit?
If this sounds like you, then you are in the right place. This is EXACTLY why I made this video series.
I’m a firm believer that anyone can learn to dance, even if they worry about ALL the things above.
Over the next 7 days, I’ll share the easy, step-by-step basics for how to move each part of your body.
The goal is to give you valuable tips and lessons so you can dance easily at your own pace.
